I have a Chrysler and a dodge that I do maintenance and repair here for 5 years. Doing regular maintenance is an excellent service with a shuttle service which I like (I would give it 5 stars).Though I had an issue with major/mechanic work. They are not cheap but I always think I would pay extra but in a reliable place and good service. Recently my car was towed there and was not inspected for 4 days till I have to call multiple times (although I had an appointment for the next day). The car was not working, the transmission was fixed with $3k and the car worked (was able to drive it!). There was a preexisting shakiness after 3k rpm with higher speed (started ~ 1 month before the repair), which I thought is not related to it, so I did not mention it first time. Now 2 months after the initial repair, I wanted to get this fixed and a local mechanic told me this is a transmission issue (which what I just fixed and paid 3 k for!). They have opened the transmission and I expect this to be solved if they properly fixed it!I called them asking for what I think is a reasonable request: I want them to run diagnostics and if the issue is with a transmission I should not be paying the diagnostics. If it is not a transmission issue, then it is fair and I will pay the diagnostics. After lengthy discussion the refused to cover the diagnostics unless it is related to the exact part of the transmission that they replaced.Being a customer there for 5 years and I have paid more than 10K in this place for maintenance and repairs and in light to the story, I expected them even to cover any issue related to the transmission. But unfortunately, they would not even gave me $1 off!I don't feel appreciated as a customer and I feel they only care about getting every dollar!UPDATE:I was contacted by the GM, they run the diagnostic for the transmission (~2 hours) for free, and there was no issue there. They had to run extra diagnostic after (which I agreed to pay for) and discovered the issue to be in the spark and the car now runs smoothly.

I was shocked by what my recent service call cost. I get costs are increasing, however, $1000 to replace spark plugs and one coil. I’m definitely shopping around before I take my vehicle back. I just thought being a loyal client meant being provided a slightly better rate. Live and learn.

Just purchased my truck here. What a difference in customer service in comparison to other dealerships! I was looking for a specific truck and found it here while searching the internet... After sending a message for general inquiry in late evening I got a response within the minutes from Kyle, who was very professional and knowledgeable. I came the next day to see the truck and Kyle was waiting for me and answered all my questions. The whole process from the financial department to delivery of the vehicle was a breeze, very transparent, friendly and not pushy, not like I've experienced at other dealerships. First off I wanna say, if I would recommend any dealership to anyone this would be it!I came in with the intentions of looking at/ buying a Dodge Durango but quickly realized I was way over my head. Thankfully I had Vince Ferraro to help me rationalize and figure out the best vehicle for me. He ended up showing me a 2022 Jeep Compass Trail-hawk in which I fell in love with instantly! This was my first time buying a car by myself and Vince made the process so easy and stress free for me. He was very thorough and beyond friendly, I felt like I could really trust everything he said and those are all amazing quality’s to have, especially in this type of business. In fact, I almost did not stop in last week. I had been to 5 other dealerships, looking for a reasonable SUV, and my patience and frustration were maxed out. Nonetheless I turned in and the result has been wonderful.Cheryl Thibodeau saw me eyeing the Jeeps. Her demeanour was non aggressive, which was totally disarming after the previous dealerships. She saw a senior who wanted information, and was willing to discuss things at my pace. No pressure and yes reassurance once I made my decision. Took my father's truck for a recall appointment, waited for an hour, and the truck was still parked in the drop-off bay. Customers' vehicles arrived after me went in ahead of me, I guess I'm not a priority as it's just for a recall service. Service clerk kept mentioning it's busy (4 times to be exact) to justify understaffing and delays. If it's busy, don't overbook appointments or hire more staff. Asked for a shuttle, again, they are busy and understaffed. It is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time and commitment to serve the customers in an efficient and respectful manner. I ended up canceling the service order and picked up the trucked exactly where it was when I dropped it off an hour earlier. Will never book an appointment here, lots of other places to take my business to.
