Let's go with 1st impressions...A trip to the men's room. One of three ceiling lights are burned out. That's a 33 percent reduction in luminance. The hand soap dispenser is broken. And here I thought we so concerned with disinfection and cross contamination. The mirror is broken. Not just broken, but ripped from the wall completely.The dining room was clean. Just disappointing to have no ice available in the soft drink dispenser.Other than that ... okay

It's my go to fast food spot, my order yesterday was perfect & hot, but in all honesty, it's not always that way (perfect that is), sometimes they don't always get it right but they are getting better!The one thing I do wish is that the French fries were made fresh to order. I would MUCH rather wait for fresh fries when getting the fries supreme than getting the old under heat lamp" fries!I had them fresh ONCE

Totally waste of time if order online. As per taco bell, online customers are not customer for them. Staff is unhelpful. If you ask them why my food is late, they behave like boss on us.

I was in the washroom doing a number two only to look over no toilet paper panic sets in I looked up the locations number and called they thought it was a prank frail from taco bell diarrhea I messaged my sister waiting in the car and asked her to have them get me paper they still didn't believe her. food was alright but keep a spare roll out if your not going to be regularly replenish the paper not even a paper towel dispenser so embarrassing

Just ordered off DoorDash. They forgot to pack half of our order (no it was not with the driver, we checked), and when we called to tell them there was a mistake, they told us it is a DoorDash issue and not their responsibility to fix and that they couldn’t do anything to help us or replace the missing food, even if we went to pick it up. We just paid $40 for half of our order. Accidents happen but to completely deny responsibility for the order they YOU PACKED is incredibly unprofessional and messed up. It was not a DoorDashes issue, it was a “you didn’t pack all the items” issue. Thanks for nothing!

Worst experience with taco bell. The employees are so rude and senseless as they gave wrong information to the uber driver app and my ratings got down. They put 3 wrong reason, all of them wrong. Why you hired employee that cannot listen proper name and cannot make food on time……..if seeing this review(taco bell), talk with us: never blame uber driver without knowing reason. And one thing taco bell employees are not capable to teach me professionalism as I am working way better job then you.
