Mainline was the right crew for the job. When our main water line sprung a leak and the city turned off our water (leaving a family of 6 without water), Mainline came to the rescue. They were thorough in their assessment of the problem, and quick to get back to us with a fair quote. Once we decided to go with their crew they called for the area to be flagged for digging and said they would be back at 7am the next morning. They arrived right on time. The hydrovac caused the least amount of damage to my property and ensured my pipes were safe. The job was done in under 4 hours. The site was cleaned up. The crew was informative and friendly. They made a really tough situation a lot better. We are grateful and would recommend them to anyone.
