I walked in the office a bit earlier than their normal office hour but Hedy did not hesitate to work with me right away. The system was super slow, but she tried to get around it and spent extra time to phone and sent me message to follow up the transaction. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The online renewal option is amazingly easy and fast. I submitted mine after hours but the next morning broker Justin was on top of it. I didn't even need to take time out of my day to go into the office to sign the paperwork. Will always get my insurance through this office.
