Dynasty Flooring Ltd

Ordered grey floor tile from Dynasty based on a sample. It came in and was significantly more mauve/bluish than the sample. They gave us half our money back. We lost $532.00 due to their restocking fee. No consideration for the fact that the sample was different than what we got. We have more projects. We will not order tiles from them again. We thought Doug MacDonald would have treated us better.

Had hardwood flooring installed in March. Dynasty Flooring provided inaccurate information regarding the care/maintenance of the wood (before and after the installation) and verbally threatened a legal lean on my property before their work was completed. This was inappropriate, stressful and time-consuming. Needless to say, it has not been a pleasant or professional experience as advertised. Furthermore, Dynasty Flooring is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), leaving little recourse when issues arise. I waited over 3 months for them to fix an issue with a section of the floor which remains unresolved; I have now opted to count my loses and walk away, having paid in full for the installation. Not recommended.

Not impressed! For such a large place, I expected superior service... Walked in and lady at the door did not even lift her head to acknowledge us, the a man sitting at a desk asked if there was someone at the front desk when I replied yes, she just screamed he snuck by? The gentleman then got up and I though he was coming to help but he walked away?? Another gentleman was sitting at his desk and he never lifted his head either when we walked by to see if he could help us!!! After 15min. and walking around the store 2-3with no one to help us we just walked out and once again the lady at the door never lifted her head to see if she could help. These people don't seem to enjoy their jobs and wont be getting our money. If you want customer service dont come here.

Poor workmanship. There are two places close the vents got cracks. This means they did not a proper job. In my previous homes there was no issue similar to this. First time I have ever seen. Having cracks in a short time is not acceptable. I cannot image after 5 or 10 years. Definitely not suggesting.

Not impressed! For such a large place, I expected superior service... Walked in to inquire about a matching nosing piece for my Hardwood floor and the sales guy was less than enthusiastic... Making it sound practically impossible to find a matching piece. Then he recommended a woodwork shop where they'd build one and stain it, custom work...

Unprofessional service. Cheaters and liars. Nothing they tell you is true. The rip off installers. Material quality is poor service quality is poor. Owners wife has an ego bigger than the store and looks down on people. Owner thinks he is some kind of emperor. I only feel bad for employees.

Do not reccomand anyone to go there and work because they fire employees anytime. Worse company, management and the OWNER.

Staff was very knowledgeable, tons of selections, decent prices. Only complaint would be that the hours is operation are not very accommodating for 9~5 workers but at least they're open on Saturdays

Very poor service. Ordered an area rug and wanted it cut into two pieces, one piece was to have the edges bound. First they delivered the wronge rug and cut the remaining section (which we wanted) into two more pieces. They provinded no explanation for cutting the extra unbound piece into two but agreed to reorder the proper rug. The second time they provided the proper rug but again the extra unbound piece had been cut into two pieces. Again no explanation. The sales person was not helpful and took no responsibility for the wronge delivery or the extra cuts. We would definately not recommend this company.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I do not recommend this company at all, if you can help it. We didn't have a choice since our builder worked with them but they refused to show up time and time again. It's now the 4th time and he just called in sick right when he was supposed to show up. We take the time to stay home from work to have these trades come in and this particular business just doesn't care AT ALL. Use someone else when you are thinking about doing your floors. This company is the worst.
