Known in our family for their kindness and unmatched quick eats, Simbad offers our family an excellent dinner option in their Persian Kabob. The charcoal-grilled kabobs are tender, well-spiced, and nourishing. The garden salad always comes fresh and crunchy. Don't delay on a family platter, friends (along with some chicken thigh kabob). I am going to simbad since they opened for pies. My whole family loves their pies and friendly service. I never tried there kebabs before. My family love kebabs. We tried all different places in the city. On Mother’s Day for dinner we decided to order from them.I was little nervous to order family platter. But I ordered two. Food was so delicious hard to explain . My family was keep admiring the food that we never had tasty food like this anywhere else. I give them 100% for food and friendly service. Looking forward to order again.

The best grill in the whole town. The meat is very tender . You will never forget the test. The chicken merinatead with Zaafaroon. The best perstion food you will never tast in any other places in Ottawa.

The best food you can have here in Ottawa west. The meat is perfectly cooked, flavored and tender, the salad is so fresh… I can’t recommend this place enough. Skip all the other places and come here, you won’t regret it!Thank you to all the young men working at this place and making eating outside worth it

Simbad Bakery and persian kabob
It’s a new place on Hazeldean Road and it is an amazing addition to Kanata’s ethnic cuisine scene. This place offers two things: pies and kebabs. We ordered a family platter, Simbad Special, that came with 5 kebab skewers, rice, salad, and sauces. The kebabs were fantastic, and the salad was really good. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends.

My family and i go to Simbad weekly for meat pies- the service is always friendly and the food is tasty and consistent. This past mother's day we decided to finally try their platters and wow!! We were ten adults- all raving about the mouth watering filet mignon and tender chicken. It was delicious.

I go there weekly at lunch with my friends during or after school. I am always greeted kindly, even when the restaurant is very busy! The food is amazing. You get delicious food at a fair price. My go to is the meat and cheese pie, but I’ve tried everything on the menu, and there isn’t a single item that I could speak i’ll on. Overall, amazing food, service and atmosphere. Would recommend!

My family been searching for a kabob place in Ottawa near Kanata that has a decent family platter. Happy we found this place. Ordered the Simbad special today for take out. Good portion of food for the price. Owner is very friendly and polite.Whilst we were waiting we noticed everyone getting their meat pies so decided to get one. My children loved it.We will definitely be coming back regularly.
