Excellent experience picking up mailbox keys!Last week, I stopped by to pick up keys to my community mailbox. The process was quick and very pleasant. After entering the doors at the northeast corner (closer to Oxford St), I picked up a phone that was designated for key pickup. Someone answered, I gave them some details, and someone brought the keys out into the lobby within 30 seconds! Hint: use the doors at the northeast corner, because the ones at the southeast corner (further away from Oxford St) are for employee use only and are locked.

Probably the worst delivery standards I’ve ever had. My package has been in my city for 5 business days and updates always say out for delivery each day I wait and nothing comes. I contact their help line. They just read off a screen and nothing they can do and just re assure me it will be delivered in a timely fashion. Use their help chat same responses. Virtual assistant is useless. Ask the mailman and he says he has no idea he just drives the truck and didn’t really care. It’s pretty sad when you pay for expedited shipping and you get the run around and less then reasonable service. I will never choose Canada post for anything again

Absolutely horrible service, if anyones trying to get their package at a fast rate this isn’t the place, ordered expedited shipping and was supposed to arrive 31st at my door, it’s now Jan 8th and it’s been sitting in the depot for over a week, and when you call and ask for help they tell you there’s no customer service counter so I couldn’t even go in physically and get my package, it’s a joke really, updates aren’t accurate whatsoever, just go with FedEx or DHL, 10x faster and worth the extra bit of money you spend.

We Barley get any mail an we be lucky to get mail once a week when we do get they screw it up bye giving the wrong mail out some days u don't see the mail person at all I give u a minus 5 sorry

So disappointed! They just gonna raise the ticket and will make you wait so long to get the package, they have asked me to wait till Jan’19 to get any update on my ticket. I supposed to get my package on Jan6 its Jan’14 and still haven’t received my package . And I will make sure that my vendor never gonna send my package through CanadaPost now.

I dropped two expedited packages off in the mailbox outside of this sorting facility and it took two days for one package to be picked up. We're now on day three and the second package does not show as picked up, I guess it has disappeared. DON'T use this mailbox for anything important, take it to a post office and hand it to a person.
