Awesome affordable service. Steve was great, he came to the house on short notice and fixed the garage door spring and got us on our way. He even tweaked a few things to make the door shut even better than it had before at no extra charge. No need to look anywhere else for garage door needs!

Wow. Super impressed.I sent a picture of an issue I had with my garage door in the evening.Steve called me backan hour later saying that I had a dangerous situation and not to use the door as the spring could unwind and could cause a serious injury. He came out the next day fixed the issue.It would be great if other companies gave excellent customer service.

Garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get out! Called Alpha Doors in the morning and everything was fixed by 2:30. Steve even tightened up some brackets and gave me some great tips. I highly recommend Alpha Doors and will be calling again should we need some help with the garage door. Thanks Steve!!!

Thoroughly impressed with this man's ethics. I phoned him intending to buy a new garage door opener. But before closing the sale, he insisted on pursuing the nature of the problem. It turned out all I had to do was re-aim the safety beam. And as if killing a sure sale to do the right thing wasn't honourable enough, he then walked me through fixing it myself over the phone.Please give your business to this honourable gentleman.

Steve was absolutely amazing to deal with! He was able to fit me in right away, fair price and went above and beyond to not only fix my garage door parts that were broken, but to realign the entire opener to make it perfect. He was a pleasure and I would recommend him to everyone!

I had Alpha Doors replace my old wood garage doors with Metal insulted doors. The garage stayed warmer and the new doors greatly changed the look of the front of our house. Great company and I would highly recommend Steve for any repairs.
