Wow! Cannot say enough good things about Malia. I’ve had many lash lift and tints done before but will definitely be doing back to see her. Started by making me feel so relaxed, comfortable and explained what I can be expecting from the appointment. She took such good care of me PLUS the results are incredible. I am currently 3 days post and have received so many compliments! This is the best price for the quality of service and products I have found in the Ottawa (and surrounding) areas…. And I’ve tried a number of different places. 12/10 would recommend anyone going to see Malia!

I got sugaring done by Malia at 9 months pregnant and 6 weeks postpartum. At a time I didn’t necessarily feel comfortable in my own skin, she put me at ease right away! From the moment I arrived and met Malia, to the time I left, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Malia is extremely professional, and has a warm personality. The aftercare of my sugaring was minimal with next to no ingrown hairs! Will definitely return!!!!

Thank you Malia. I had a great customer experience with Malia. She's great at what she does. Very knowledgeable about all the treatments and she does them very effectively and with lots of patience. She has a very welcoming attitude and during the treatment she's constantly making sure you're comfortable which makes it a lot easier on the pain and of course on the overall experience. Very happy with the aftercare recommendation as well and good thing is you can get it directly from her. I will be going back to her. She's very professional and I highly recommend Skindividual Esthetics.

I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted with Malia and both the results and the experience was fantastic! Malia has a very relaxing environment and made sure I was comfortable through every step the lash process. She even answered all the questions I had about sugaring and I will definitely be returning to get my lashes done and to try sugaring. Amazing experience and amazing people. :)

Malia is so welcoming! From the minute I stepped into her room, she made me feel so comfortable. I have been to her twice now for sugaring and I leave feeling so fresh and confident afterward. She is thorough and consistent! I also have to add that she has the comfiest and most modern bed/chair that I have ever experienced- not your classic experience. I am definitely eager to try more of her services out.
