Rexall

Haven't stepped foot into the store. I was on their vaccination list for 4 weeks now. Turns out they stopped appointments and are only doing walk ins. Problem is, they neglected to tell people on their wait list and still have the list available to be applied to.

The Rexall online booking for covid shots is very efficent and the reminders before going for your appointment right up to one hour before is a great idea and works well.But the bonus at the Collingwood location is the lady who gives the shots Cynthia".We had the fortune of receiving both our 3rd and today our 4th shot. from her. She is very kind and efficent over the top cleaning and infection sanitizing between patients creating a safe climate.Well done Cynthia keep up the good work.Frank & Geraldine Bondi"

Very good Rexall store , staff were helpful . I did not use their Pharmacy. Unusual front door which is at the back by the parking lot. I did figure it out.

The cashiers at the main desk are very unprofessional ,dont visit this store in the eveing after 6 pm because the main desk cashiers are craving for their smoke and alcohol they would not listen and explain the things to their customers and if the customer may say anything they will give the attitude and abuse the person.They will scan the wrong items charge you more and you have no right to raise your voice and ask for your money . night supervisor called by me and when she came the cashiers just said i am going for smoke and she said yeah you go..made me feel like i am someone who is just bugging them for my 3-4dollars .The main Managers i called next day have nothing to say on this whole insult. so i would suggest everyone check your items once they charge you and don’t visit this store after 6 pm

Great pharmacy. Shelves are well stocked. Skylar was polite and informative at check out. Good customer service skills. Parking a bit of an issue.

I am sorry about trying to fill an altered prescription. I have some issues that I need to resolve through treatment and AA meetings. I never would of done something so stupid if I wasn't under the influence of alcohol. I was sober since 2006. I have a court date on July 23rd. This is a first offense and I am scared as having a criminal record ruins my life. My girlfriend is Italian and we are planning to visit her family. I would like to write a formal apology to the Pharmacist and Doctor. I don't know the Doctors name and I am scared to go back to the store. I am filled with regret. Please have mercy on me.

Pharmacist failed to provide adequate info on drugs prescribed. Did not provide printed drug information which every other pharmacy l have used has provided. This oversight resulted in my husband experiencing a great deal of unnecessary pain.

High quality experience with the Pharmacist on 3 different occasions. Overall store is well merchandised, clean, bright and priced fairly compared to other pharma stores.

Excellent Pharmacy service! Very kind staff who even quartered the pills for my cat with no complaints! Thank you so much!

I have to say I’m super impressed with the staff and service I have received at this Rexall location . They are extremely helpful both in person and on the phone. In a world where most people can’t get you off the phone fast enough they have restored my faith!!!! Thanks Rexall
