Edited review: lol, 3rd time re-writing this review. I'm not sure these guys understand what 24 hours means. Closed at around 10,11pm. For this you get 1 star. Sorry, if I can't get in the building or drive thru during your supposed open hours, easily 1 star. The odd time I've seen them do this weird system reset" thing or whatever

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. For the amount of people that were there no one was manning the tills. Was forced to order through the kiosk. Ordered a crispy chicken and it had clearly been sitting for awhile. For as busy as the restaurant and drive thru were, there was a bunch of people standing around doing nothing.

I dont think this guys take there work Serouisly Because every time i go to this Mcdonalds drive thru. I have to wait there for more than 15 to 20 mins. Worst mcdonlad.

I have been here 4 times now. I special order every time. These kids get it right every time! My food looks like the commercials. It tastes great, like it should. Best McDonald's I've ever been to(not including McDonald's from 80s and 90s). I'm not even from here. I just travel, and this place i get off the highway for.Update...... 5 times now they still get it perfect! good job guys.

Disappointed time and again!!So unbelievably rude, threw my order on the counter acted annoyed I put them out… they were all visiting in the back not a person in sight! Filthy bathroom, toilet paper all over , dirty floors, filthy mirror .I have been to a lot of McDonald’s around Canada ,Never ever this BAD anywhere!!I see many bad reviews and should know better but when travelling through on highway 16 and hungry…. I’ve been there probably 4 times since opened and had a bad experience each and every time. They do make their own rules and refuse to make the customer happy. One time travelling through with a friend we stopped to get burgers… asked for extra cheese which brought the total from $18 to $33 . Told them to forget it and drove to Tim Hortons . The manager says they make their own rules and don’t care what we can get at other locations when I asked why they wouldn’t give a basic order I requested. Someone is artificially inflating their reviews and I think it’s about time corporate hears all about this location. Unfortunately this app does not allow 0 stars

Forgot 1 burger, fries are cold, missing the beef in the burger. Rude manager, thinks its customers job to work with him on fixing their mistakes. 2 napkins only in bag. 2 people serving were really polite and had good customer service. Manager could learn from them.

Watch your tap transactions. Cashier held it horizontally out the window and couldnt see, after the fact it seemed deliberate. Was told 10.41 at the drive thru prior to tap. Later on my banking was charged 20.41. Was just driving through town and didnt get a receipt. Tried calling the store but it had an international number. Seems sketchy
