Disgusting ! Water damage in ceilings. Clients Clothes on the floor in the closet, lots of theft. This place is something out of a Stephen King Movie. Please be very weary on leaving your loved ones here. I can go on and on. But believe me, you dont want to leave anyone here.

The nurses and the PSW were wonderful with my mother while she was there hard working and caring staff . It’s an older building but it’s very clean Just wish that at meals they have more staff because if someone wants to be taken to bathroom they don’t have enough staff to take the residents to bathroom breaks. . If you have concerns they will take care of them .

Called to ask how to apply for reception job there. And the person was rude on the other end. Telling me she ain’t going anywhere and go find a job somewhere else. Then saying If I try to apply it’ll be in the garbage

Horrible place do not put your parent here if you want proper care! My father has had multiple falls and other accidents while in their care. They always cover for each other when you inquire as to what happened. The staff are generally rude and cold not only to patients but their families as well. I am currently working on getting my dad out of there before his next fall is fatal! Also they cater to the Serbian Community so god help you if you don’t speak their language. It’s also extremely dirty especially the lower floor which is a depressing basement. My dad has declined immensely in their lack of care. I wouldn’t put my dog here if I knew then what I know now. Owners should be ashamed of this disgusting hole they call a home!
