Tried calling direct BC branch but said voicemail is full. Called main Toronto branch, same thing. Seems the whole business has upped and left, deserting all past customers.

My parents and 7 friends (seniors over 70) booked a cruise through them, then Pandemic started so my parents and their friends requested cancellation. The airlines and cruiselines returned the money to this agency but the agency told my parents they will keep it as credits. Now my parents asked about the credits and they said they had changed ownership and refused to give the credits for future travel.

We booked our river cruise in Richmond location, we arrived 15 minutes before they closed, they closed at 5pm, Victoria Huang so nice to us, she always smiled, she helped us step by step and very clear to explain all questions we asked, even helped to call my credit card company to see how much credit I still have etc, we stayed over 1.5 hours, all staffs left, she still very patient to us, 100% will go back for next cruise.
