Victoria was amazing to work with! We were hosting a celebration and she managed to ship out close to 70 gift boxes across Canada and internationally on a very tight timeline. She communicated with us efficiently and often. She was able to work around issues that came up seamlessly, always presenting us with options that would work best to suit the needs of our team. I cannot say enough good things about both the products and the experience of ordering through Grey Willow Gifts! I purchased three different boxes from here for Mother's Day (I did the approach of custom choosing what items went into the box), and not only was the process so nice and easy (and fun!) but the experience of communicating with Victoria throughout was so positive! She answered all my questions (e.g. I needed to know which food products were gluten free for one of my gift recipients) and she was SUPER fast replying. And, all my gift recipients absolutely loved the boxes! They felt so treated and pampered with the items in their box, and it was just fun to give something uniquely different.
