These guys are so friendly , not pushy or standing over you ! I had to purchase appliances 8.5 mths pregnant last July do to moving to a new city I got my appliances same day ! Thank you for making my purchase easy and non stressful!

Ordered a full set of appliances in October for our new house to be delivered end of May 2021. Not only did everything arrive on time, the two gentlemen who delivered the appliances were the best I’ve met since we started the build! Great experience throughout

A big box store didn't have our item in stock but they pointed us to this place since we weren't local. They had the exact model at the same price. Friendly staff. I'm told that there is a new one boxed in the back or, if not, the floor model. I'm disappointed to find it would be the floor model but assured it's like new. When loading it into the car it spills water all over the seat. I ask for a towel or something and am ignored. My boyfriend had to ask for cardboard to protect the finish. After getting it home we realized it's missing pieces.

The store was clean and the products are very nice. Quite friendly staff when we first went in. Everything was great at first.We purchased a sofa and within days, heard that it wouldn't be delivered in a timely manner (no mention of how long it would take to come in). With life at the moment, it's understandable. Things are behind. That's fine. I was told over the phone by Craig that there would be a price reduction to our sofa if we went with the floor model, which is what we decided to do. There was no confirmation of the delivery date, or the verbally mentioned price reduction. When my bf called to confirm, he was told that no, in fact there would be no price reduction but there could be something worked out if we bought something else from the store instead. We went into the store to see about the discrepancies and were offered $100 off of our sofa only after we mentioned having been quoted a price change. Please give the same information to both parties when making a sale and don't make them feel inconvenienced when they try to get proper information. Had to go out of our way to know what was going on. No sale.

What can you say bad about them?? Excellant service, the whole team is wonderful...ordered all my kitchenaid aid appliances here, better price than kitchenaid themselves! When the wrong piece arrived Pierre drove to Ottawa himself to exchange! LOVE ❤️ this store, will never shop elsewhere ! Shout out to Joe too who is amazing as well ! KUDOOS Pierre and Team !
