Amazing staff, excellent services. We have done grooming, daycare, and regularly buy all of our dog food here.Cannot recommend this place enough!

We have our super reactive dog on private training with Jesse. He is very accommodating to our schedule and really understands what is best for our Gigi. Gigi always leaves class happy, and she has improved so much since we first brought her there. And then we have Winnie join Teen Manners led by Jesse. Little hardheaded Winnie, but never once I see Jesse frustrated at our slow progress but instead he shows us different ways to train our pups effectively. Thanks Jesse

Thanks to Chasin Tails and their incredible trainer Jesse Attrill, we learned canine behaviour, positive reinforcement and how to set our dog up for success!! This 9 week L.I.F.E (Learn In a Functional Environment) course for reactive dogs seriously changed our lives. Jerzey’s behaviour has significantly changed for the better, we can understand our dog and their needs in different situations and has rebuilt our confidence as dog owners. We have tried other training in the city and Chasin Tails was by far the MOST helpful and successful, we felt very supported and empowered. It was also so awesome to see staff join the class and was reassuring to know everyone takes time to remain educated, so rest assured you’re leaving your dog in elite care when dropping them off for the day.I HIGHLY recommend this facility and this course if you’re struggling with any dog reactivity or just need support in training. It brings us so much joy that more people get to witness our amazing doggos loving side!! He truly is such a good boy!

We were super happy with Chasin Tails, our dog has gone there for years for both daycare and boarding. He was always excited to go and we would always recommend them to other dog parents! However this last time that we boarded him, upon pick up we got a notice saying he is no longer allowed in free play as well as we can’t bring him during busy times because he doesn’t have “manners” with other dogs and is overly excited. I asked if there was any major incidents that occurred during his time there and was told no. I was very upset and confused by this as we have never had these issues before with taking him here multiple times as well as other facilities. I am not sure if there is new staff or if it is a way to get new paying clients into their training program but i am very disappointed and sadly will now be looking for new a facility for boarding and daycare after many years here.

Just a little background, my pup had some trauma with a groomer out of town from Calgary. I first dropped my senior girl at chasin tails almsot 4 years ago, when they were at the smaller facility. It was and STILL IS the only place I can bring her for grooming where she won't be scared out of her mind going and leaving. She has now used almost all of their amenities and has stayed a couple weeks with them before. The groomers at Chasin tails work with rescues and they play and get the dogs comfortable when grooming. When I picked up my girl, she was okay, she wasn't trying to run away, scratching me up, she was just chill. So I decided, why not let my dog choose where she'd like to go.Fast forward to the new facility, there's a vet on site, if you haven't yet, check out the skybox so you can see for yourself what your pup is doing, they have training areas and in the summer, there's a public splash park that opens next to the lobby area outside.K9 coaches - they go through almost a 6month full canine behavior & training module and they are also mandated to certify for pet first aid. As you get closer to the staff it becomes like a family, there's a lot of teamwork involved. The staff are there because their #1 priority is dogs, everyone shows a loves for the dogs and are very caring. They often work with rescues and just recently took in a large amount of fosters.Health - dogs receive a nose to tail health check every morning for boarding, they check and clean them up when necessary and monitor their weight. They feed & administer meds as well. Since they also have an on-site vet, dogs can receive check ups and vaccinations plus any other services when needed. The dogs are monitored with a minimum of 2 trainers 24/7.Customer service - they also go through a customer service module, they're friendly and knowledgeable. They can always ask and refer you to a another department like training, grooming or health when you have specific questions.Grooming - the groomers are very knowledgeable, they have a huge range of services and are always eager to teach others about their dogs fur and update them on their progress. The grooming department is fun and full of creative people and they're very careful and know how to bond with the dogs, not just groom them.

Really wonderful and caring staff. My dog is high anxiety and they really try to accomodate her as much as they can. I really appreciate that they're realistic about her experience and give her as much attention as possible. While my dog had issues being in regular crates in other daycares, she didn't mind the crates here because they're floor to ceiling, so more like private rooms. Fantastic facility, honestly can't recommend it enough.

Don't waste your time. They require vaccinations but don't check them and my dog came home with a cough and ear infection. The staff are typical northeast looking. Didn't update us that they ran out of food or took alternate measures for administration of medicine. It was signed off but a heads up would have been nice. Don't recommend.

Was happy with this kennel till recently. Staff changed up a bit and after my pups last long stay, she started being aggressive at the kennel. We were told she could not do free play anymore after an extra charge evaluation. We tried another doggy daycare and she has had no issues whatsoever. Maybe this place is just not for her, but it leaves me wondering.

Everyone was both professional and polite. My questions were also answered regarding training for my dog. There are a few things I've asked for help with my girl and even through she had restarted her training I've seen some improvements yet some things are a work in progress

Took our 5 year old puppy Zofia in for a grooming from a recommendation from our daughter-in-law. Four hours later, and we were greeted by a beautifully groomed and happy puppy. We have been to a few different groomers, who, while very good, have not been able to get everything PURRFECT! She has, other than the first day we took her home, never looked this great! To top that, the service was excellent, AND these guys will also board and train your pooch, not to mention they have a rescue animal program as well!!Thanks to the who team there for all you do and of course, to Britt for your grooming mastery!
