I am working in the Security Concepts from last Six months. It is very professional and good Company. Company Professionals treats it’s employees equally and well. They give good pay and hours to it’s guards. Schedule is made one week in advance and If you have any problems, they are always to assist you. Working style is flexible and cooperative. Overall , I like being a part of this Security Company.

I don’t recommend working with this company. Lack of communication/ response is #1 issue along with unfair policies and procedures. I was hired to work minimum of 44hrs/wk but unfortunately that’s not the case. After sending numerous texts/calls waiting to hear back from anyone from management for almost 2 months, I had to find another job.I have proof of all the calls and texts sent by me to this company still waiting for response.If you have a family to feed and bills to pay STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
