The service here was excellent! I booked an appointment to have my oil changed and car checked for a rattling sound underneath. There was no charge for the car check (another company I had been going to for years asked me for $130 just to check where the noise was coming from even though I was already booked for an oil change). Paul was really helpful and showed me exactly what the problem was. A bolt was missing and was quickly changed free of charge - it was all done in 5 minutes. I will be coming back here for everything that has to do with my car!!!!!

A++++ Service, Paul Floyd and his team put my neglected 2012 Fiat 500 back together; it drives not only like new (it has over 170 000 km) I feel it is BETTER then new. The shocks and struts he used is so much nicer then the OEM ones. The engine was miss firing and ....... Blah, BlahThey are AMAZING and he even came to my office and took my car and brought a car for me to drive; he also finished a day earlier which deserves a few more pluses.

Very knowledgeable mechanics able to check and fix any issue on your car and order any missing part, all for a fair price and with exceptional service!

I've known Paul for a great many years from when they were located on The Queensway. I’ve been going to ET auto/fire stone for probably almost 10 years now since they were originally on Dundas in Etobicoke then the Queensway and now in the Mississauga location. I find their service to be fast and reliable and they are very knowledgeable. They never try to oversell or pull anything shady I find them to be very reasonably priced and their service is great. Every staff member has been kind and not condescending at all which can be a problem for women when we go to mechanics, they treat all their clients with respect. My husband and my brother started going here too and they absolutely agree.

I will give more than 5 stars if I can for Firestone Tire & Auto Centre’s services which come with honesty, respect and enthusiasm to go beyond to help the customer. I came to the shop this morning and freaked out because I don’t know what happened with my car (the bottom cover parts were not installed properly when I changed oil at another shop yesterday). There are Paul and Tony, who help me checked and fixed the issue quickly and effectively without charging me any fee (they are so nice and gentle).Thanks to them I can still go to work on time with a stress free about the car.I would definitely come back to Firestone & Auto Centre for any future services.Thanks again for help!

I first met Paul before I even had a drivers license. My father has been going there ever since they had the shop at cloverdale mall! I met Rob shortly after I got my first car on the road, then met Pat and Rick later on. 18 years later and I still make the trip from Guelph area to get tires and service from E.T. They are the only ones I will that work on my Mustang. They are all a great bunch of people and Have helped me out many times over the years! I have always felt like a friend more than a customer. Wow what can I say about this team! They are a fantastic group! I know absolutely nothing about cars and I know I can trust this team with my cars LIFE.
