Absolutely amazing customer service and experience. We used ALR for a recent airport run and will definitely use again. Greg was helpful, patient and made the booking stage super easy, while communicating any changes ahead of time while our driver Sako was punctual for our pickups and friendly. Our SUV looked brand new, was super clean and comfortable. Their personal touches to stand apart from other companies made us feel special. Greg and George were both very friendly and made the drive to and from Pearson very smooth. Even with a flight delay they were very accommodating and didn't have to wait a minute after picking up our luggage. Definitely the company we will continue to use on future trips.

If there was a 6 star ALR would definitely receive it hands down! We used ALR back in August for a concert event in Toronto and the service was second to none. Greg and the team was always in communication with us and the pick up & drop off where seamless! So I decided to call them for our recent service to Toronto Person & back and again service was impeccable. Our driver was absolutely amazing, professional and a great driver. If you are looking for a 5 Plus service and a team of just amazing people, call ALR for any event you have.

Great service. Greg in the office as well as our driver Frank were fantastic for our transportation to and from the airport for our trip. The vehicles were very clean. They even brought coffee for my husband and I and chocolate milk for our kids. Would highly recommend and definitely be using them again for future trips.
