Simran was the person who contacted us for an appointment and sought all the necessary documents for our appointment. This first point of contact went smoothly and hassle free. Very professional.On the day of our appointment, my husband and I were greeted by the receptionist as soon as we walked in. She knew who we were right away when we said what time our appointment was without looking at her computer/calendar as we were greeted using our last name.We arrived 20 minutes earlier than our appointment time and we waited at their receiving area. Sandeep acknowledged our presence and said that he will be with us soon. Not too long after, Sandeep led us to a meeting room where we discussed what we came for. He explained everything thoroughly, was very accommodating to any questions we had and was very detailed oriented. He took his time explaining everything and made sure that we get everything right the first time. We never felt that we were rushed.
