From the beginning, my wellbeing was the goal of therapist Heather Kellock.She made sure I understood my needs for comfortable and restful sleep after a review of my sleep patterns utilizing their monitoring system. Heather showed me why I should have a CPAP, and helped me choose a CPAP,! She made sure to investigate my health insurance options, and every time I have contacted her, she has been quick to respond, and always helpful! It was time for a new machine and Heather was incredible. Not only did she maximize my budget, she filed my claim through my benefits provider for me. On top of all of that, Heather keeps a close eye on my treatment and provides great advice on maintaining my machine, tubes and masks. As a matter of fact, it was at her office that I found the perfect cleaning brush for the inside of all the tubes. This little tool has been a game changer for me. I had a million questions, and she answered them all patiently and backed it all up with science and data in an easily understandable format.
