I'm a Project Manager at a large residential builder here in Toronto. We are completing a main floor renovation on a century home in Parkdale, which included creating 3 new window openings in the brick wall, and installing new windows. Once the windows were installed, we needed to have caulking applied, and I called Mark from ASAP Caulking, and couldn't be happier with the way that he executed the work.He was responsive, professional, and did an excellent job of caulking around our windows. His price was fair, and I'll certainly be calling him back when we have additional work. I highly recommend Mark and ASAP Caulking for any caulking work that you may need.

Mark and his team did absolutely an amazing job. All our window caulking was cracked and old they took out all the old caulking placed backer rod in the joints before applying new caulking. Our windows looks brand new. Will 1000% recommend ASAP Caulking to anyone who needs caulking.

Mark provided just an average level of services for my home. I hired him for two jobs: basement insulation and window recaulking. The basement insulation job was well done, and he offered a competitive price. I am happy with his work on this particular job. However, I cannot say the same for the window recaulking. Although he completed the job on time, I don't think his quote was very competitive. After he was done with the caulking, I had to point out areas that he missed. He promptly addressed these issues, but during a detailed inspection a few days after, I discovered additional gaps that were left untouched. Overall, I think the caulking services were just okay. Mark being an expert in this field, I expected a more thorough job from him. Having to inspect and point out necessary corrections indicates a lack of thoroughness on his part.

Mark was professional, friendly and very positive from the day I contacted him. He replaced all my out door window caulking which was long overdue. The results make my windows look new again. Nothing was a problem for him. I asked him to look after all around my front door entranceway as well. He happily took that on in addition to the windows I hired him for with smooth, clean looking results.His pricing was quite fair and competitive.
