Not impressed with tim Hortons these days. Basic order and it was messed up. Very slow and often don't have items. Like soup at 5 45pm just before a meal rush. The last several times being here had a hard time getting what we wanted. Tim Hortons will need to sharpen up. We will be taking our business elsewhere for awhile.

This tims has to be the worst east of Montreal. People can't even open up on time . Come on folks . Wow . 15 min so far

Definition of bad Tims. You feel robbed every time. Service is slow even if you do mobile orders through the app, coffee is not up to the temp, and sandwiches are half empty very often.This should be closed permanently.

Ordered an icecap with leaking cup, went back to ask for a new one. The staff simply just give me a new plastic cup and says: “are you ok now?”. I told them to give me a new one since the old one is melted while waiting for them, the girl went back to put the old one in a new cup and give it back to me. Train your ride staff, at least not to be rude. This is the worst Tims you could ever visit.

They are very slow and focuses on the drive thru I waited 20 min just to order
