Easy to pickup packages I miss and also send back my returns. Friendly and they went above to accommodate my package requests when I was out of town

Recently found this gem to do returns since online shopping without being able to try things on is a nightmare, always fast and easy, the best part is it's close to home.

Me and my girlfriend dropped our taxes off on the same day, I got a call mine were done the very next day. My girlfriend has now been waiting nearly a month for her taxes and she's called numerous times and they keep re confirming" her address which is the same as it was last year when we brought them. Then yesterday I got to pick mine up with her and she asks and she's told it'll be ready today mid day

Let me say you do not get the customer service like this anymore from those big guys….today April 20 apx 3:00 my senior mother went to pick up a live huge plant…I was hours away home dealing w/severe pain, a blizzard was coming, lady at counter actually helped my mother out & around to car, then helped her fit huge box it into car! Thank goodness for such wonderful staff! I would have dealt with guilt for years! Not only will I recommend, but I will never go back to dealing w/places where I’m just a number & they don’t care to even look up to see who’s next! Great job whoever your are over there! Know you are appreciated!
