Couldn't have been treated better. I had a screwnail in my tire which they fixed and meanwhile took my husband and me into safe spot and made us a coffee while waiting. The whole shop was full got oil changes and all was neat and tidy and looked very efficient.

Staff were knowledgeable and worked in a very good structured rhythm, communicating with each other to expedite and safely complete an oil change. Being a diesel truck, I expect to pay more in oil, but their price was still better than most.

Such kind and skilled service people who do not make you feel dumb for not knowing the inner workings of your engine and vehicle. I always feel they are honest and as a woman, I feel comfortable to come here on my own. For all other places I have a man phone to book and negotiate and then I usually have to call and have them on speaker to deal with the random findings that come up in other places. No appointments you just drive up and they tell you what to do. They’re efficient and respectful. Highly recommend and thankful for the first (and only) “shop” experience that doesn’t make me feel unwelcome and taken advantage of based on gender.

I drove in for an oil change and decided to also get my car undercoated. The worker came into the waiting room where I was sitting and said your car doesn't need undercoating. I have gotten my car done every year at krown. I was very pleased with his honesty.

Before Christmas I went to this location. For a few days I was searching around Lindsay and the surrounding area, as everyone and their mother was booking. I think the first available appointment in Lindsay, or anywhere else was about a week or two. I called this location, and explained my dilemma. I spoke to victor ( who was great on the phone, very personable, very informative, and very helpful! ) he listened to why I was calling, and offered to get me in the following day first thing in the morning.The following morning, I got there handed him the keys. He went over what he needed to do ( putting tires on rims, and how long it would take as I was currently at the time suppose to be at work ) and how long it was going to take. I was offered coffee, and I was taken care of, and felt as such.I had told victor I was going to send an email to his higher up, about a raise because I was just so impressed with his customer service, his quick thinking, and I felt like I wasn't just a dollar sign. I happened to forget, so I called today and spoke to him verifying the information, and turns out his boss was there. So I told him to put me on the phone with Dave Bragg. And again! I felt listened to, and taken care of. Get both of these people a raise. Employees are billboards for your company, and let me tell you. I will be a repeat customer! I felt like a vip. So from now on, I will be making the drive from Lindsay to Peterborough ( 45 min drive ) to continue getting business from this location.If the owner wants to reach out to me, I would greatly appreciate it. As I will recommend this location to everyone, and anyone I know! Well worth the 45 mins drive!

My wife called to ask the price of an oil change and she was told there would be extra costs because her car takes extra oil" so I called back an hour later to ask the price on the same vehicle and it was almost $40 lower and no mention of " extra oil""

I love this location! I live in the GTA and will go out of my way to come here to get service done on my vehicle. Today I had 2 new tires put on my car. The experience was so smooth and professional. I just walked in and the staff there were really helpful and even had my tires delivered to the location the next day and installed. I have to give a shout out to Ben Rogers… it just so happened to be the hottest day of the year so far, nearly 40 degrees with humidex and he did an amazing job. Couldn’t have been easy. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

I stopped by Jiffy Lube to get my summer tires put on. I’ve used them for the last few switchovers.Every person I’ve had dealings with on every visit has been incredibly polite and professional. The work is done quickly and properly at a very reasonable cost.This is a well run business. I highly recommend them.

Quick entrance in, pricing explained well, showed engine filter didn't need changed so they put back in. Lots of technicians very attentive and explained clear.definitely will go back. Dealt with Dave.
