Good selection of products and when on clearance the prices are decent, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I waited almost 2 weeks to hear back about a defective item that was full of pulls and loose threads. Their only resolution was to contact the manufacturer... When you sell a product, you need to be accountable for what you are selling and not pass blame. You are taking a risk purchasing from here because if there is anything wrong with the item you may be hung out to dry.

I love this store so much ICome here with my mom almost every week I always save up my moneyTo buy some of the awesome stuff they have here. Everything I’ve gotten here I’ve loved and wear them all the time. I haven’t gotten any boots from the store so I can’t say anything about them but they all look amazing especially the puma ones in my opinion. BEST STORE EVER

If I could give no stars, I would. My daughters team has been waiting for their kits for MONTHS!!! Order was placed well before Christmas, like end of October. They play their first outdoor tournament on May 6th and STILL NO KITS!!! There are girls who paid for items last year and still do not have them. I checked the FAQs and found this info for team orders...For all team orders with custom numbers and logo printing we reserve two weeks to complete and ship your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. *Holidays may affect the timeline of you receiving your order. Well, the holidays have come and gone and our team is still without uniforms. Completely unacceptable. I will be calling you out any chance I can.

Came by the store today and had a amazing experience! Was very impressed by the customer service and the atmosphere of the store. I haven’t received customer service like this in months. Ending up getting a jersey from my favourite team in the World Cup and looking forward to coming back.

Evangelista outfits my kids' soccer club. Our uniforms have been on order for 8 months, and still nothing. We now only have three months left in the season, and they won't commit to a date. Absolutely brutal.

Great collection of sports Merchandise but overpriced by 10-15%. I would not have an issue paying the 10% premium if the employees of the stores were somewhat engaged is helping customers. Absolutely disrespectful and ignorant employees with a body language of “why are you making me work ?” Attitude when we asked for simple things like “do you have sizes ?” And “pls give us a gift receipt”.They were busy talking to their friend who came to visit them at the store and telling them about the appearance of a girl who apparently applied for a job at the store!I usually do not write negative reviews - I was embarrassed to take my brother to this store who wanted to buy a World Cup jersey for his sons birthday. My brother works really really hard for his money and deserves to be treated like a customer when he goes to a store and spends half his paychequeIf I were the owner of this store I would immediately fire the 2 employees that were at the store on the evening of Dec 5th!
