Le service 1800 m’a dit n’importe quoi et m’a dit de me présenter en magasin pour régler le problème. Arrivé en magasin la réalité était complètement différente. Le gérant et son employé ont été super gentil et aidant. Ils ont résolu mon problème. Je recommande grandement ce magasin le personnel est dévoué pour leurs clients.

I had a problem with a new line activation. The SIM card that was issued was defective and the phone would not recognize it. In addition, the number that was assigned was just a temporary one and not zoned for where I reside. I met with Mathieu who was the in house technician. He took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately changed the SIM card and assigned a permanent number. He was incredibly friendly, resourceful and professional. He took time to explain everything and ensured that I was satisfied.I highly recommend this store
