Richard genuinely cares about people and their successes. He is intelligent, patient, kind and explains concepts and ideas very well. His ability to remember finite details is quite remarkable. He also has a strong knowledge base in real estate and can relate the IBC process to investing in real estate. I feel very fortunate to have him mentor me through the process of IBC.
