Bring your vehicle at your own risk to your vehicle and pocket book. They will often over charge the customer for their own mistakes. Horrible mechanics and worse management. This company has no integrity. Buyer beware.

A disappointing experience dealing with the spring shop! I needed a leaf spring repaired/replaced on a pickup I am restoring. Not being aware of any other shop in the city I was forced to use the spring shop.I was disappointed by:- Multiple voicemails and messages left with individuals over the course of 3 weeks were never returned- On the occasions I did get through I was quoted a price over the phone which I accepted- When I dropped off the springs they seemed to not be expecting me- After dropping off I called to confirm they understood what I wanted, again left a message that was not returned- When I returned to pick them up suddenly the price was much higher than quoted, due to addons that were assumed that I wanted (I already I had new bushings but they replaced anyways).- No one in the building seemed able to handle my complaint, my option was to pay now or leave the springs and come back the next dayIf you are getting work done here be sure to have them provide a comprehensive quote before proceeding.

They did work on my company truck took 6 days to do 11 hours of labor. Service representative Glen was rude and did not care about my schedule. When the truck was finally finished they could not provide me with the safety paper work and told me the guy who does the safeties is not in today. Come back tomorrow or the next day. After arguing with the guy he agreed to drop off the safety paper work and yellow sticker. The muffler they installed was not what Glen told me it would be. I walked away feeling ripped off and disrespected. Nobody ever even apologized. Save your money and time stay away from these dummies.

As previously stated they do unauthorized work and then expect you to pay exorbitant invoices. Mark went on and on about the test drive drive they did to try to duplicate an intermittent problem. The thing is there wasn't so much as a click put on the odometer when I picked it up but there was a labor cost for the test drive. Of course they were not able to duplicate the problem - no kidding. Their hourly rate seems like a bargain (you only get what you pay for) but their standard time to do anything is 50% longer that anyone else (1.5 hrs to do an oil change). Don't go there for diesel service - there are so many more better choices.

I called to make an appointment for our Ford F250 Diesel HD, it was for a 4-wheel alignment and was quoted $135. On pickup the bill was up to $787.32 as they said they had to change the 2 lower control arms - I told Lee the service advisor that I should have been advised of this and he said that it needed to be done and that the fine print stated that they could add any extra costs for parts & labour - he said he left me a voicemail!After speaking to the manager Terry - he offered to bring the bill down by 10%, which is not the point - I should have been warned about the extra costs - not a voicemail - it must be through a positive confirmation.Perhaps they thought I was a woman and it was easy money - I am not sure but I will be filing for small claims court.Absolutely stay away from this place. They were also condescending when I tried to make my point with them.

The parts department staff were amazing and very helpful. The service department went above and beyond keeping me on time and fixing it right the first time.......Great WORK...Thank You!!

They took care of a minor repair for us when we were on the road with our motorhome. Did an awesome inexpensive and needed repair! Call these guys they are awesome!

Only place to still get leaf springs.Good knowledge base by staff. Helpful staff.
