So my husband drove 25 mins to -Wendy’s Drayton Valley, he placed a $55 order, my dinner was a taco salad… he drives 25 home only to find there are no nacho chips. I call and ask for the manager- surprisingly he/she is not there. And I am offered a free bag of Nacho chips… are you serious??? The assistant manager is not authorized to offer any more…Honestly since they opened they have been good but the last 2 months the service has gone way down hill.So frustrating after a long day of work and a long drive…

Ordered 4 Burgers Here And 4 Fries And 4 Lemonades. Only Got 2 Lemonades That Were Just Water Only Got 3 fries 1 of the fries was missing and one order of fries fell on the floor because of the workers they refused to replace them and made me pay for the 4th fries. Only Got 2 Burgers Baconators Missing bacon and 2 more burgers 1 of the patties dropped on the floor because of them and they refused to replace it so my burger was single and had to pay for my 2 missing burgers which they gave to me raw GREAT JOB WENDYS KEEP IT UP

Food was really good, what we expect from Wendy's, but the restaurant part wasn't open after 9pm and we needed to use the bathroom. Overall good food.

Horrible slow drive through, good is decent.Ordered a burger, spent 13 minutes in line for 3 cars ahead of me. Terribly slow and inefficient, go to a sit down restaurant for the price and wait times.

Stopped there and dining room closed. Walked to drive through window ordered 2 Dave’s singles. Fries and frosty. Fries were fresh and hot. Even after walking to truck. But the burger was good but the meat was dry and cold. Too bad when u arrive late burgers should be hot and fresh. Wendy’s burgers are some of the best but only when right off the grill.

Wasn't busy but seemed a little disorganized in the drive-thru this particular day. Ordered Apple Pecan salad but did not get any pecans, and the person I was with ordered taco salad and never got any taco chips! Disappointing. Check your order before leaving the window!

Stopped here with the family while on vacation as we like and trust Wendy's franchise. However this place needs to train staff properly. I am appalled at their staff. No concept of how to properly prepare food or to follow health guide lines. Fries were supper cold and under cooked. My wife added bacon to her burger an there were two pieces of good cooked bacon and on that was partially cooked. It was not completely raw but close. Lastly the chicken on my salad wasn't that great either. I watch the staff take our fries back and set them back into the rack where they stage food to go out. They left my wife's old burger laid out on the counter for a bit for all to see. This should have immediately been disposed of. Once them remade out food it was better. Needless to say we will never come to this location again.

Absolutely horrible service, rude staff and extremely long wait at the drive thru window especially for COLD food! I will be sure to NEVER return
