The tech notion bruised my arm. Had blood taken on Monday. Today is Friday and still bruised. Not impressed.

My first appointment getting blood tests done and this clinic is a disaster. Been waiting 1/2 hour after my appointment time and they’re more than a 1/2 hour behind calling appointments plus there is a giant lineup at reception out the hallway. If they can’t accommodate appointments they shouldn’t be overbooking their time slots. Never had these issues under the old Alberta Precision Labs.EDIT: after waiting 45 minutes and seeing people who came in 10/15/20 minutes after me get called in first I left.

Not good for walkin appointment in the morning

Terrible experience every single time but this time the tech took the cake. I am afraid of needles and extremely anxious while giving blood. Besides that, I have a skin condition that makes me feel more pain in my skin than the average person. The butterfly needle is slightly more comforting because of its flexability and therefore I always request butterfly needles. This time I asked for the same and the tech agreed, but right at the very last minute shoves the regular thick needle into my arm without much warning. She could not find the vein and kept moving it back and forth, blaming me for moving (the whole time I'm extremely anxious) and then upon it not working, proceeds to use the butterfly. She gets the blood in less than a second with butterfly and once again proceeds to blame me for her lack of success with the regular needle.Terrible!!! No respect for patients. Who agrees to doing one thing but does the absolute opposite to a patient without warning?

They tell you to wait in the line even if you received a text to come back but they won’t say anything if somebody else cuts the line and stands in front of you cause they received a text too. Why can’t you have the same protocols for every patient? If you told me to wait in the line, other lady should have waited at the end of the line too in spite of receiving a text. So unprofessional.

I went here as a walkin appointment on a Sunday afternoon. I was pleased that I was able to walkin and get my blood taken and walk out in less than half an hour. For that aspect they get 5*. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the lab person taking my blood was not friendly or talkative, and she forgot to properly list my name so there was an embarrassing situation of my name being called loudly and repeatedly when I was already in the booth. I would go here again as they did fit me in quickly. However the workers seem rushed and hurried which isn't great.

They are so behind always. So I had an appointment today at 12:10 and they called me at 1 to do the blood work. It is a long wait, as I book this appointment a long time ago, and I am doing it biweekly. It is a big waste of time for me

FOIP violation by staff who leave many labelled patient pee bottles in the toilet. Tall blonde there is not well mannered. Front desk is undertrained on complex sample collection.

I’m a new patient at London Medical Centre, originally recommended by a friend to see Dr. Henderson, who unfortunately wasn’t taking new patients by the time I got referred…I’ve been a patient for about 2-3months now and have been in 4 times. I see one of the other doctors there, but have been seen by Dr. Henderson at the other doctors request for female reproductive health issues I was experiencing. I’ve had a fantastic experience with her, and the front desk staff at this clinic. The wait times are reasonable, the front desk staff are friendly, accommodating, light hearted, and very helpful! I recently needed to get blood work done and had lost my original requisition form, so phoned to have it sent over to the lab I was going to, to get it done. The staff had me on hold for barely 2 minutes at 9:30am on a Monday, and had sent it over no issue with a friendly attitude, and all was done within 5min or less! They clearly care about their patients, and have great customer service.
