Service has steadily gone down hill since Northern Drugs purchased from original owner.They change 90 day fills without telling you to 30 days, even if the script states 90They substitute with generic constantly without consent even when given written direction by doctors.

Great service, delivers if l can't get there and never have to remind him re my meds he just has them filled on time. Love that!! Very helpful and service oriented.

Very Helpful and professional who go an extra mile….Chireen is awesome as she offered to call my insurance provider to resolve denial issue, and then she fixed it so that I can collect medication.I highly recommend…Mina, Chireen are good with very pleasing service attitude

wrong pharmacy...Venny works at water st pharmacy. Very Nice Lady !but I have also visited Main st pharm and felt Respectfully taken care of.

Ever since Sam retired and Veni left this place has gone down hill. Customer service sucks and the management does not care about what a customer has to say. I was complaining to a member of the staff about how rudely I was treated. I told the staff member to look at me when she was talking to me because I am hearing impaired and she then took her hand and put it over her mouth while serving me. So I mentioned it again and she got in a snit and went and served another customer who promptly left in disgust for the way she treated me. I even told the manager owner and he seemed to careless. So if you are deaf or hard of hearing this is a place to stay away from. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS.
