Fire the whole store!!!They are not good for your business!!!Order in the wrong parts everytime and then blame it on me,, good thing I had the the parts numbers wrote down. And then hmmmm I guess they got crossed in the order he says. What a joke.

So far so good. Have treated me with upmost respect. I have questions and have answer all. I've known Bryon long time. Has helped me to do some repairs on my own and explains everything to a T" and usually how it is. The parts guys do a good job on the parts and have good prices. To Val

I have to admit I had a couple issues with in a week! I was ecstatic to find out they could get me in right away even being told they’re booking a week ahead.First was a water pump, Audrey was amazing to work with! I picked up the pump from Cummins and they installed it for 640$. I was fine with thatThe following week I needed a oil change and a windshield repair. Windshield 60$. Fantastic for a w900 , oil change was a little on the high side. 750$ with conventional oil.Was told oil and coolant leaking. Coolant clamp replaced , oil wiping through fuel pump weep hole and oil leaking out from oil pressure sensor. Now the sensor is un plug remove from block. Install new one and plug back in. Sensor 142$. But they charged me 212$ for the labor. Total bill was 1750$ Came in for oil change and windshield replacement. I’m really grateful for what you guys did for truly and you were a pleasure to work with. But your shop rate and the way you charge for some things is a little bit ridiculous. Again Thankyou for your time and the availability to get me in quickly. Much appreciated. And the staff really are great there!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, service is extremely accommodating with lots of service bays. Driver's lounge available, in case you come in on the back of one of these bad boys!

The service department was able to squeeze us in on short notice during a time when every dealer was swamped with -40 weather and endless truck problems. We had a relatively easy fix that only took them just over an hour. Every other dealer from Calgary to Winnipeg were not able to do anything, but this dealer knew the importance of having heat in the truck for the driver in this weather and had a mechanic put in overtime to have at finished at the end of the day. We were not able to arrive until late afternoon, they brought us straight in and finished the job quickly. I will be sure to use their shop again in the future!

This is one of the worst place to get the truck fixed. They had our truck at the shop for 2 days. They didn't do anything and billed us for 3800$. Our truck came back here and the same issue started again. This place is completely big time rip off. They are very unprofessional. They just told us to go to a different Kenworth again. Don't ever get your equpment fixed here. as they are really useless. They gave us so much headache and I am so frustrated with their service. I wish I could give them 0 star.

Sales department is one of the worst I ever experienced. Sales consultant general manager and even regional manager only get back to you if you’re willing to beg for it.But who cares about small business owner operator.My opinion so far: scam the little guy coz you can get it from big customers.

I highly do not recommend if you own a older model , sent 2004 international for annual safety inspection they looked at it as if it’s 2022 model. A year ago it was safetied with no issues when this place was called Custom truck repair and it was hardly driven for two months since last inspection. Please do not waste your money and time they will nit pick and make your life miserable.
