Grahame M. and the other sales associate I spoke to when I went back today (who's name I failed to catch) were incredibly helpful, informative and transparent when helping me choose the right bed for my needs! I really appreciated their knowledge and attentiveness. Arranging delivery was quick and easy and the whole shopping process felt relaxed and painless.

The sales consultant, Valentina is very friendly. She help us by giving a wide range of options for our furnishing needs. She gave honest opinions and we trusted her. Indeed, the products she suggested are worth it

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Brick on Sunday! We were greeted by a sales associate named Grahame as soon as we walked in, and he was so helpful!We needed a new bed, and there were so many things to consider; I found it a bit overwhelming. But Grahame was able to determine what kind of mattress we needed by asking a few quick questions. Once he heard my husband worked in construction, specifically paving, he started showing us the mattress protectors and explaining the benefits of using them. We knew we needed one because we have kids, but they’ve come a long way from a simple plastic liner and I’m so glad Grahame was there to guide us. We ended up buying a luxury firm Sterns and Foster mattress. So excited to get a good sleep!

All the sales people were sitting down on the couches and didn't care to help us even though we were the only customers in the store. They were just on their smartphones and tablets and barely looked up to say hello. One gentleman finally approached us but more so just followed us around creepily about 10 ft back. When we started asking questions about appliances he wasn't very knowledgeable about the products and it was very hard to poke and prod about details. Not the typical service I've had in the past at the Brick. Sales people used to be very friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and interested in getting sales. This was not the case. Honestly we left and went online to get answers and look at reviews instead. Very disappointing because we were ready to spend money in store.

I had a wonderful experience at the Brick in Victoria purchasing the evolve sectional. Valentina was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Her kind presence definitely makes me want to go back!

Grahame made sure to set me up with a bed frame that was durable and still had storage. He was very professional

Valentina was wonderful. She was relaxed and very knowledgeable. No pressure type of interaction. She explained the process thoroughly and I would get a call about a delivery date. Got the call and two follow ups. Communication was superb from everyone. Also got a text to advise I was their next stop for delivery. My sofa was unwrapped and assembled quickly and professionally.Very pleased with sales lady, communications and delivery. I can trust their service. I would definitely shop there for other items!

I went to 2 different stores to place an order. One sales rep was having a hard time with her tablet and had to go to a main computer to figure out how to place the order and have it shipped to the one on Douglas Street. I found that sales rep was not helpful and took a long time for a simple order. I went to the Douglas Street location and not one sales rep was interested in providing assistance. I placed the order online. One product came broken but the exchange wait time wasn't that long and the process was smooth. I put the exchanged product together today and one leg is shorter than the other. Very disappointing. Now, I have to get another exchange. The only person I found helpful there as a sales rep Ed, he was helpful the first time I met him. IF you decide to shop at The Brick stick to the helpful employees and check the product on site once your order comes in. Save yourself the trips back and forth.

Ed Sinclair is an Amazing Sales Associate. We found exactly what I wanted in a bed and accessories and I was very happy with the overall experience. I have been ordering from the Brick for many years and always find exactly what I am looking for. Thank you Ed and all the employees of the Brick. You are all exceptional.
