ARC Pilates
I joined Arc Pilates last fall and immediately enjoyed Amy’s approach to teaching directly to your level and ability. In the last few months I feel stronger and most definitively carry myself taller with ease. I’d highly recommend Amy and Arc Pilates.

About a year ago I decided to give Pilates a try and joined a ARC Pilates mat class. I have been hooked ever since. Amy is a wonderful instructor who always finds new way to keep you moving and working your core in a fun, caring environment. If you are thinking about giving Pilates a try I highly recommend ARC Pilates!!
