Great service. They had the Woodstove gasket adhesive for my blaze king. They also have a really cool electrical display and plumbing display. These displays make it easy to point out what kind of repair your trying to make so that the service people can supply you with the right parts.

I went to this store several times. The service always is terrible. This last time I needed a 12 inch piece of black chimney pipe. After the sales person made three trips to the warehouse they said did not have any even though his computer says that he has stock. He tells me he is going to Penticton and would pick me up a section while there. Well after 3 unanswered phone messages I gave up. They lost my business. Terrible terrible service. I drove to Penticton snd picked the section up myself. Courteous great service in Penticton

I was greeted by very friendly people who helped me figure out exactly what I needed.

Brutal customer service from Carston. I've left 5 messages and haven't had a call back regarding challenges I'm having with my $2500 Napolean Fire table. My gas contractor also tried to get some clarity and he has yet to respond to him either. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere......

EDIT: After talking to another supplier we were informed that OHC sold us the wrong stove for our chimney and house. We spend 18 months dealing with OHC trying to get a resolution and dealing with a smoke filled basement every time we used the stove. OHC sent out workers (random contractor?) to fix" the problem but they did nothing but leave a mess all over the basement. We ended up selling the stove. ORIGINAL: Terrible customer service. Paid over $3700 for a new Blazeking wood stove and have had nothing but issues that they are unwilling to help fix...they ignore our phone calls

I found the staff member I dealt with to be extremely indifferent. I was trying to purchase a BBQ and even told the salesman directly that I intended to purchase that day and even the particular model I wanted. He literally couldn’t care less and wasn’t even willing to put together a package price for the BBQ and natural gas conversion kit. I left the store and immediately went and bought a BBQ at a different retailer.I’ll spend my money at retailers that value me as a consumer.

Marlowe was amazing to deal with! We bought a smoker from him. We had some issues with our smoker and he was so helpful and had us back smoking food right away! I will definitely be going back! Great customer service and great price on smoker pellets! Thanks Marlowe!

I called OHC to confirm that they had a product. I noted that they are supposed to be open until three pm. I arrived at their doorstep at 245 pm and the door was locked. I called the number and it went to voicemail right away. I drove across town (we all know how pricey gas is) to pick up this part and they closed early. If they choose to close at 245 on a Saturday that is what should be communicated online, not 3 pm. Glad to see their time is more valuable than the customers time. I will not shop here again, I will go elsewhere, pay more and get better service.

I want to thank you people at Okanagan Home Center for helping me out yesterday afternoon. The gasket around the door of my wood stove had come off and although we have a furnace it just isn't the same as wood heat. We weren't able to bring in the door until almost closing time but Mick, one of your technicians was willing to stay late and glue it back around the door. It was a much longer job than I thought it would be so I'm ever so grateful that he was willing to stay late. Also kudos to Bonnie who had to stay until the job was done before she could close the store and go home for the evening. When I got the door home, I was able to have a fire once again.
