I dealt with Carlos on the phone and he was great to deal with. Answered all my questions and managed to get me what I wanted, when I needed it. Equipment was dropped off quickly and placed in the right location. A different driver happened to see me struggling to operate the equipment later that day and stopped what he was doing, came over and really helped me. Absolutely unbeatable service, managed to facilitate the easiest way to takeover the rental of heavy machinery on a worksite and an after hours pickup of a generator on the way up to the site. All this was accomplished while Carlos ensured that I would optimize the price and the time rented versus going with other United franchises in the Lower Mainland.They organized a pickup for us on site as well, so there was no muss no fuss. I cannot recommend this shop enough!
