Called Cross Town based on Reddit recommendations. Convenient text notification was sent when Stephan was on his way. He was very personable, honest, and knowledgeable. What I originally thought would require a closing mechanism replacement ended up being a relatively very inexpensive tune up at his recommendation, which achieved the same end result.

Great service! Another company told us our door was not repairable to due its age and style and only a new door at $2,500 would fix the problem. The tech from Crowfoot Door Services saw the real problem right away during his inspection, fixed it within 30 minutes and now it's perfect again. He showed me the problem, explained what he was going to do, and then did it. I highly recommend them and wish I'd called them first. I called them after noting all their 5-star reviews online. Now they have another one.

Very pleased with the service we received. I emailed on a Sunday and received a response within an hour answering my questions and scheduling an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The tech came a few minutes late and I did have an appointment after that so initially I was a bit nervous but he was very kind and good at his job. Got everything fixed and finished before I needed to leave. Our door is working perfectly again! Thanks so much to this great team! I’d definitely recommend them.

Contacted them via email on a Saturday and they were able to send someone Monday . Problem was a broken spring, replacement pricing was fair and they were able to replace on the spot. Easy, price was what I excepted and service was quick/friendly/professional.

Our garage door was broken (broken cable) suddenly in the evening last month. So we left message them. Next morning after 8:00am, we got call back and came to repaired it. It was done before 10:30am. They are friendly, professional and very reliable. We are so very happy to have them over.

Had Mike come in and take a look at our garage door as it had been bouncing" when we tried to close it. He added a support bar to the door - which makes it come down and go up much smoother - and lubed up all the moving parts and so far so good! Even during the recent cold snap our door has been operating well which it didn't necessarily do in the past."
