Ordered via the website and email as I'm in the UK. Product was delivered on the day (birthday) by midday. My gorgeous granddaughter might not look thrilled in the photo but her mother assures me it had to do with her not being able to get a picture - the balloon flower was just too big. Hehe. Sad I didn't find this place sooner! Was looking for something special for my husband's 40th. Found Kerry's online, but was prepared to have to go to a big box store as I needed the arrangement the same day! Kerry was able to fit my arrangement in, and was super friendly! All I gave her were colours that I wanted and it was exactly what I was hoping for when I went to pick it up. This thing was huge, but Kerry helped me fit it in my car. When I brought it home, it wasn't straight and was falling over....so I called Kerry to ask for some tips and she walked me through the whole thing. Love this place and will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

Even within short notice, she managed to put together exactly what I was looking for. Kerry even accommodated an after hours delivery for me. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Sent a balloon arrangement to my little brother for his birthday that turned out perfect. Ordering by phone was super easy and they were able to work in everything I was hoping for and he was thrilled. The person who delivered went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived safely and to make his day special.
