GHA Surgical Centre

Very professional and very efficient. What seemed like a long, drawn-out procedure at the hospital took only about an hour at the GHA Surgical Centre. The staff were friendly. The doctor provided me with all the information I needed when he introduced himself. If you need to have an endoscopic screening done, I highly recommend GHA Surgical Centre.

I was booked for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. The staff were very personable and interacted with each other professionally. They each introduced themselves and stated what they would be doing. I have been at the hospitals before. This GHA visit was most impressive. Thank you

I loved my experience at GHA. Unfortunately I had to go in twice and the staff was amazing!! Dr Sne and Dr Fadi were amazing as well as Dr Strover. Rosella the nurse and the young nurses made my experience so good. Thank you for making a difficult weekend so easy! ❤️❤️

For having this type of procedure done it made everything so comfortable. The staff are all great, very helpful and everyone wants to make sure you are doing alright. Overall great experience

Fast and speedy service. Staff were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Total time in the office was 45-50 minutes. The RN, assistant, anesthesiologist, Doctor and assistant were all very pleasant and friendly. I have had Dr Reid twice and she makes you feel so comfortable and communicative post test. Well organized office. Thanks again.

Why is there NO zero star!!!! Had the worst experience imaginable today! Went for my 1:20pm colonoscopy appointment, waited there patiently as they did inform me they were behind. Finally got called in at 4:30, had the gown on, IV hooked up and waited in the room with other patients. At 5:10 pm, there were three of us that were still waiting for out procedures, we were told the remaining procedures would have to be rescheduled because there equipment broke down, it was not foreseeable therefore not there fault! Everything sounded straight and simple but I wonder if they had a clue of what I had to go through to get there. I had to take 2 days off work; the first day spent sitting on the toilet after forcing myself to drink 3 litres of that awful tasting fluid , feeling of pain and hunger all day. Because they insisted on someone accompanying me home, my husband had to take a day off work as well! So, lots of needed income, wasted money on the prep kit, and lastly the pain and suffering. Now to think I would have to go through it all again is just unbearable!

Excellent and professional from start to finish. From the start Pauline in booking was very helpful and friendly. On day of appointment everything was efficient and on time. Friendly and professional staff. Big thank you’s to Dr Muir Dr Rieber , Nurses Wade and Sarah. Keep up the great work.

I had a procedure done at GHA today and I was very anxious about it. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Everyone from the healthcare aide, to the nurses, doctor and reception staff were amazing from the time I entered the building. They put me at ease and really helped me through the experience. Thank you so much for everything!

I was so nervous for my gastroscopy I rescheduled three times due to the fear of risks with the procedure this place made me feel so comfortable they did an amazing job and were very gentle with me. Great kind and experienced nurses and doctors nothing but positivity I woke up feeling better than i did before the procedure so thank God for this place!!!!
