United Water Restoration Group of Vaughan & GTA

A plumber I contacted recently recommended United Water Restoration of Toronto recently. They followed up quicklyby phone and scheduled someone to visit to check an area for potential water buildup in the ceiling.Desiree came by to check the area with a heat camera. Luckily, it appeared to be an old plaster lathe ceiling sag, and not a water/restoration issue. Desiree was very friendly and professional during her visit and provided her own boot-covers when entering. While we didn't need to hire anyone to fix the issue, I'll be keeping United Water Restoration in mind if any water issues appear!

My bathroom renovation was getting increasingly frustrating with delay upon delay. Thankfully the team from United Water Restoration stepped up to help me finish this project. They picked up from where the previous contractor left off and efficiently completed the renovation with care. I couldn't be more trilled with the results. I would highly recommend their services.

We called United Restoration Group when our sump pump failed to turn on causing the pit to overflow and flood our basement. Within an hour or two Gabor and his team were at our door...Flooring and baseboards immediately removed, fans and dehumidifier setup, disinfectant sprayed, and basement sealed off. Once everything was dry we decided to hire United to put the basement back together (they worked directly with our insurance for quoting which took some stress out of the process for us). The timing and organization of work was flawless. The repair happened fast and was top quality - Gabor made sure of this. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the management of the project. Gabor was available and responsive at all times (which we know from experience is rare), even working on the weekend to ensure timelines were met. Overall couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.

I had a leak in my basement and called the United Water Restoration group to help fix the problem. They sent a man named Zsolt to give me an estimate he gave me an estimate for the work as well as the project length. Once the project began his team was fast and hard working, they had good communication skills. In addition, they are able to adapt to what the customer wants whether its adding or changing something in the project. The overall quality and experience is worth sharing and recommending them to other people.

The team at UW Resto was there along the whole way and provided all documents insurance required. Zsolt was the PM here and was available to text, call anytime - Great individual, he was onsight within hours of contact and didnt stray from any questions, rather he encouraged asking questions.In the end, insurance had a recommended vendor and after evaluating both, we stuck with UW.The second part was the time to be aware of as we had tenants to repair prior to them showing up where the only delay was caused by insurance. We had an emergency water leak through our roof . TD insurance sent over their preferred contractor First On Site". They were beyond incompetent. The demo crew didn't even have enough tools. They borrowed my drill gun
