Knowledgeable friendly staff, fast service, and they support local groups. I have been getting my autoparts at JT Auto for 20+ years and I've always found them to be helpful. The pricing is very good too, better than Canadian Tire.

It's a great place to go for parts. Bring your own tools. They will give you a printout of where the vehicles you need are located in the yard.My only complaint would be the 3.00 fee to enter the yard.

Great staff, very knowledgeable. More focused on helping you fix your problem than selling you a more expensive part that you may not need. The only reason I don't like stepping through their door is because that normally means something is broken.

I went in and asked for bolts for my car brake calliper, which 3 other places carry but just didn't have in stock at the time. Guy behind the counter told me that its aftermarket and no one carries what I'm looking for. He refused to even look to see it they had any. I let him know that the other places carry them but just didn't have any in stock. He told me I was being smart" with him and to get out and get them else where."

I needed a belt for my snowblower and these guys were the only ones with them in stock! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff that were courteous - plus I got better than retail pricing without even asking!
