Scammers. Dont buy their devices at all. As soon as the newer version/model comes out, the older one stops working. There's hardly any channel that you can view. Their strategy is that, you have to buy their latest product whenever they release it. I hope these people Rot in hell. Money gone to waste.

BIG SCAMMERS...i wish government watches these reviews..... they should be banned faking people and ripping people off by selling their worst hardly working programs...... They themselves do not stand by their products so how consumer can trust..... I bought 2 Jadoo5 and in less than a month a started experiencing the breakdowns.... when I contact their chat... they don't have any proper response...... These people are thieves.... if they think they are legitimate people then they should not be selling such FAKE products and make people FOOL....Guys do not buy any of their products nor suggest to anyone......Local government, please put this people behind the bars for selling fake products to innocent people

Very bad customer supports they never answer calls and always something wrong with box. Take too long to solve the issues. Careless and bad attitude, dont waste your money for something not even work.

Jadoo TV making foolish to every people who have Jadoo Device, every 1 or 2 years Jadoo Device need to buy and replace with old one, they don’t have any updates in Jadoo Server / Application to configure with all type of devices. Today I called Jadoo Services, they refuse to support or provide info about anything, just Said “Sorry, you have to purchase new device, your old device no longer to operate”.Very bad service, support and online web chat.

They are scamming people by using their money. I ordered a jadoo 4 airmouse about 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived and when I tried to talk to the customer service they were extremely rude and said that there is no order on that address and clearly I ordered on the address. Dont ever trust these people.

Jadoo TV socks. It is nothing but advertisements. Specially when you are changing channels.I have been using it for years, but now it's too much.I am planning to switch to another device and telling my friends to switch.Jadoo is nothing but advertisements.

Bought Jadoo5 box a year and 3 months ago. Stopped working after 15 months. According to terms of the sale I was to get free channels for 24 months. But since this is JadooTV Inc, they want your money by hook or by crook.JadooTV Jadoo 5 box has started working again, it was a technical problem that was remedied via support email.

The most stupid service and most unprofessional customer service they only try to sell but their boxes are not properly works I called them tonight and explain the jadoo box issue but these 24 hours customer service even didn’t know how to solve the problem I think this company should stop their services. most irritating company ever exist

this company is scam i was using jadoo smart tv app and they charged me full in trial month and after that they charged me twice the second months guys do not use this service this is crazy and every month i had 5 times login issue omg i was nightmare for me i was to give zero but i have to select a star

Very bad & arrogant customer service. Box never works and all technical support doesn't have knowledge to reolve the issues. All issues will go on for ages.Don't waste your precious time & hard earned money. A big scammers introducing new box every year.If there is a rating less than 1, I would have given that. RATING (Negative) 5 stars.
