Park Tower Apartments - York Property

I visit my cousin at this building occasionally and it is always dirty and smells so bad. Old old elvators as well....it must be inspected by TSSA and get maintenance and repairs done !!

This building should be closed down until further notice by health inspectors. The complete lack of maintenance threatens their tenants’ health. After multiple complaints, let’s make it public and show everyone the total neglect from the administration. Stay away from this building and from York Property Management. They don’t do the bare minimum around there.

warning !!stay away from this building it's horrible the worst apartments very noisy you gonna ruin your life and going nuts!! if you move in here.... some of horrible people living in this building what you gonna hear every single day **24/7** (horrible stopping feet your ceiling it does vibration when those people walks around like crazy they're like a GIANTS WALKING AROUND NOT human being back and forth 24/7 _dogs barking 24/7 morning-afternoon-night _dragging chairs, tables ,furniture ......etc 24/7 )

The worst building I ever seen in my life!dirty/trash everywhere in & out broken elevators the tenants stuck in elevator all the time coz they're too bad and very old stinky building very bad smell !! no service at all no maintenance the owner knows just how to collect money from the tenants" and they don't wanna spend anything to do maintenance they're very very cheap people* be aware if you're thinking to move in to this building ➡Don't do that stay away and look for another building believe me you'll be disappointed and you gonna get in too many troubles this is a warning ⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠"

Decent building, I like it.

Too bad-noise does not stop 24/7 through the wall and even the ceiling so you can not even sleep in the end of the day .. The company responsible for it do not submit any final services for restoration or maintenance and does not take into consideration the residents' complaints .. I advise you not to housing and the loss of money

Its really not all that bad. The elevators have been updated and the parking lot has recently been done, both within the last year, and I've never ever heard anything about infestations of any kind.Maintenance has a lot to be desired. The windows are way too big for some rooms, in my opinion. The maintenance guy takes forever to actually show up at your apartment (it's a pandemic though, I understand) but I have had a few problems dismissed when they could quickly become detrimental (mould in my bedroom and a breaking door).The building is cleaned on a regular and the woman who cleans the building is pleasant and friendly, unlike the last person.The tenants are iffy. A good majority of them have not worn a single mask throughout this pandemic which is bothersome to tenants who are immunocompromised. Unfortunately these rules cannot be enforced as notice papers that are put up are quickly torn down by said tenants. But, I have never felt that I was in danger because of a tenant.The building is secure. The hallways are clean. The balconies and elevators are stable.Pros: nice area, walking distance to workplaces, bus stops, and amenitiesCons: the willfully ignorant tenants (and sometimes maintenance)All in all, I am happy to be living here. Its clean and I have a roof over my head, and it's not run by Marda or Metcap which is a gigantic plus. I've lived here since December 2019 and I would never return to my old living situation.

Stay away from this HORRIBLE BUILDING - HORRIBLE SERVICE - NASTY BUILDING - GROSS BUILDING - DIRTY BUILDING- The floors are rarely washes , and there's too many bad things i can't even count them very long list !!!!!!
