If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend coming here for any sort of phone repairs. The staff was extremely unhelpful and one of the men working while I was there thought it would be good to give me as many unwanted possibilities that my phone was destroyed when in fact it was not. They held my phone for 2 days without contacting me and when I went to go pick it up they had done nothing. I then took it else where, where it was fixed in an hour. After my experience with Horizon, I’m not positive they know what they are doing at all. Very disappointing experience.

Charged me 30 bucks did not fix my iPad and keep saying the diagnostic was successful???? Don’t waste your money go to other place.

My S6 iPhone was not charging so I was advised to see if the IT personnel at Horizon could help me. I certainly received very friendly, professional help the minute I presented my case. The staff and the way they treat their clients is so thorough. They listen carefully to what you say and they try diligently to address your technical needs. Within two days my cell phone was fixed and I was back into using it again. Thank you to Kelvin and all others who helped fix my iPhone. Horizon will definitely be my choice for any future iPhone needs!

It was most important that I have remote access working in a timely manner. I called and within a few minutes it was working and I was even shown ways to connect without using the internet. This is so helpful as I was concerned as to how I might be able to work without a internet connection. This had made a very difficult time for me so much easier knowing I can still work wherever I am. Thank you so much!

If I could give negative stars I would! My Air Pods went while still under warrantee and I was referred to this company by Apple for repair. They are the epitome of why authorized repair companies get a bad rep.Long story short, they had absolutely horrific customer service and did everything they could to bill Apple as much and as slowly as possible. In the end of the day, it took a month to get my air pods back and I walked out of the store with one not working because they were to incompetent to sync it properly.I’ve been a long time Apple customer who has had more than a few issues that were redressed by Apple. It is obvious that these third party people lack the skills and knowledge to deal with these products. So if I were you I’d go anywhere but there to buy or repair.Also if you are considering repairing a device there be advised that their Repair Terms and Conditions are a joke. Effectively if they break your stuff it’s your problem and they won’t stand behind their work.So the choice is yours, but I wish I never walked into the doors of this business.

Excellent Service!Took an item in for diagnostic testing that was still under apple care warranty. Was contacted within an hour and was told the item I brought in was going to have to be replaced. Was contacted next day saying replacement item was in and ready for pick up! Staff were very friendly and location had great parking! I plan on returning for future repairs and purchases and will be recommending Horizon to friends and family!

Extremely poor service. I was expecting excellent service with no problems but boy was I wrong. I took my daughter’s Iphone 11 in for a hopeful repair or replacement. It is under extended warranty. The phone had a malfunction and they were unable to repair it. So they told us we can proceed with a new phone replacement. We left the phone with them.But the replacement never happened. The phone was sent in but they told Apple Warranty a lie that it was tampered with by a third party. This is not true. They were the ones to open the phone and tamper with it. I feel they damaged it more. Now they are covering up their mistakes.The guy Fenton does not know what a repair looks like nor does he know on how to proceed on what to do. I asked him questions he could not answer.They were giving us the run around. Promises that did not happen.We knew something was not right with this place after a few days they did not call us back to do a follow up.Letting the public know that they are unprofessional and dishonest. I could not believe the dishonesty coming from Fenton and the other guy Kevin.So they did not honor our extended warranty. Buyer beware. Ask questions first before purchasing extended warranty from Apple. And especially Horizon. The service sucks big time. Be careful if you do go there. We feel that they damaged my daughter’s phone. So they are washing their hands. They do not know how to repair a device period. They will lie to avoid replacing a phone.The best scenario would have been simple. Replace the phone. Make your customers happy. Problem solved.

The Apple store at the mall Saturday recommended we go to Horizon with my iPad Pro - I had a cracked front and it was the very last day of my Apple Care plan - eek! The folks there took very good care of me and I got a call Tuesday to pick up my new iPad Pro! Thanks so much for the 5* treatment!

I cannot express how amazing the staff and service is at Horizon computer solutions. I came in Friday afternoon in an emotional wreck as I am a newly graduated nursing student. My laptop was not turning on due to sustained water damage and I thought I was going to lose my data and degree work. One female and 2 males working (unsure of names I think one was Richard), and immediately the staff made me feel comforted and walked me through the process that they recommended professionally for restoration. THE VERY NEXT DAY (Saturday) I got a phone call and they said that my laptop is ready for pick up. Low and behold, they fixed my laptop and saved all of my data!!! The team at Horizon makes you feel like you are in good hands and it feels like family helping family. They are very knowledgable and the service is so personable. 10/10 !!! I will no longer be going to Best Buy - as they told me it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix plus they would have to send it to their depot for six weeks. I am very pleased!!!
