Had so-so experiences here. Some misdirected information but was glad to get it sorted in the end. Good products though. (Sorry can't speak for the print area, never used it.)

Waited 30 minutes for service, nobody showed up. I had picked the item i needed, couldn't get the exact price, needed someone to get it off the shelved...never happened. I left.

I walked up ad down the aisles for a good 15 minutes searching for stuff. None of the employees offered any help.Finally had to ask a cashier.

The Staples at Granby is absolutely amazing! Jennifer is very knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant to deal with. We went to print a poster, cards and other stuff for a funeral so it was very nice to have been treat so good. They printed all what we need in no time. I definitely recommend this store. Very well managed.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The people are rude. The service is terrible. Not one employee knows the answer to simple questions about their own store and what they offer. Do not recommend.
