Wanted to share a first class experience that I had with the team at Shift Motors. I took my 2022 Tesla Model 3 in for its year service and to swap my rims for black ones. I have been a Tesla owner since 2014. I had no intention of purchasing another Tesla, but an accident changed that. I approached Shift to replace my car and was very pleased by the knowledge, suggestions, the friendliness and the service. These folks know their products and have a very good selection from which to choose. My window was very small as I needed to replace the damaged car and Shift delivered. They had a vehicle that fit my needs well. We discussed the details and the deal was done quickly and easily.I love my Tesla, but have been quite disappointed by the company as a whole recently. I know it's not the fault of the service or sales people at Tesla, but is a frustrating experience regardless. I feel much better about working with Shift! In fact, I had a small issue with the new (pre-owned) vehicle I purchased from Shift and it was taken care of swiftly (and without charge to me as it was recently purchased even though it was unforeseen).So far, Shift motors has exceeded my expectations for care and service.I would recommend them to anyone interested in owning a Tesla without the frustrations of dealing with Tesla.
