Busy place. Food was good. Spinach &feta and the Greek omelette was delicious and they were very generous with the feta cheese. Pancakes were good.Hungry man special was good. The coffee was terrible. The service made the experience not enjoyable. The waitresses were not organized and not pleasant to deal with. They forgot to bring a couple of parts of our orders. We had to ask multiple of times for them to bring us a glass of water.

We were a larger group and were able to be seated outside, however we were a but put off by our experience. It took the server a long time to get us menus and again to order even though the restaurant wasn't very busy (only a couple of tables seated inside and outside our entire visit, however there were two busters, 4 servers and who I believe was the manager standing around). Meanwhile we watched 3 different sets of people come and go when they were seated and offered menus but promptly left after speaking with the servers. When we did order, the food took a while (which is fine, we understand it's made to order) but one order was forgotten entirely while everyone got their meals. When they input the forgotten order they didn't have anymore mashed potatoes left, meanwhile we watched another table order it without being told the same thing. The food was sub-par and dry. When paying, we were advised we had to pay inside but we watched other tables pay around us with the machine. They had a default 18% tip out on their already high prices for sub-par food. We paid inside either way. The overall attitude seemed as though the staff were annoyed with our group, looking around it seemed they were all just annoyed and didn't care. Lastly, the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and tended to. There was zero toilet paper in the women's bathroom and I had noticed, as a result people before me were using the paper towel to 'wrap up' their business and toss it in the overflowing trash can beside the toilet. We were disappointed and grossed out. We ended up going to the Starbucks near by to wash our hands and refresh ourselves after as their bathrooms were in horrible condition. The men's bathroom was no better.

Great breakfast spot. Although we kinda got forgotten about after seated, the staff were super nice and apologetic about it. The food was great and our server was fantastic.Oh and the home fries are so good!!!!

Good all day breakfast in a popular crossroads in NOTL. I can still get a table without waiting on Saturday morning. The food is good. The pancakes are thick and good. The price is reasonable in tourist area.

Good place for a breakfast spot. The restaurant gets filled quickly, so might be a wait.Other than that, the omelet was overcooked. 6 slices of bacon breakfast was fantastic. The toast was on point. Wish we had a chance to sit outside.

3 or 4 stars, 3 or 4, dilemma, because the prices were really cheap but the home fries were awful. So I went with 4 stars because it's a great old school diner with superb prices. The home fries were terrible: they had either been re-cooked (ie re-heated in oil) or the oil they were cooked in wasn't fresh. They were oily, didn't taste fresh, and certainly weren't enjoyable. See pic of food.

This is family owned business, has old school diner vibes :) pretty wide menu variety, decent prices and generous portions! Went there for breakfast, would recommend chef’s plate. Good customer service and free coffee refills, and coffee was good too. Definitely check this place out

The Mrs found this little gem on a trip to Niagara Falls. It’s nestled in the beautiful village of “Niagara on the Lake”. It’s about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. We were there on a beautiful day and opted to eat outside as was everyone else. There is ample seating inside but no one was wasting this day there. Our server was pleasant and efficient. During our stay we learned she has been working at the Stagecoach for 30 years, that in itself should tell you something. Service was excellent. Coffee was good and our cups were refilled often and our order was promptly taken. Our party ordered poached eggs, bacon, sausage, English muffins, waffles, Canadian bacon(more on that later) etc. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Food was hot and cooked just right. Poached eggs were soft not hard, the way they should be. Home fries were ok but not special. Everything came out in a timely manner. The Canadian bacon was a little different than what I usually get in the States. It was a little thinner than I usually get, but hey I was in Canada and who am I to say it was wrong. Maybe the stuff we get in the States isn’t real Canadian bacon. Prices were good and all in all the food and atmosphere put the exclamation point on a beautiful day. I highly recommend the Stagecoach Diner if you should be so lucky to find yourself in Niagara on the Lake someday.

Great food. Great price. Great location in the center of the old town. It’s greasy, it’s affordable, it’s everything wonderful about breakfast. But the charm doesn’t end there. Watching the staff is better than any reality show on TLC or Discovery. Could rival Below Deck in terms of drama and intrigue in the hospitality industry. The waitresses genuinely hate each other but they probably share a bottle of rosé after work. They wear their emotions on their sleeves as they run food to the tables and take orders. They quarrel about who gets which tables. They argue about where to seat guests. And they’re genuinely annoyed with each other. I’m sure they’re great friends and probably travel together. But that story is only available on Hulu+ as part of the spinoff.
