Perfect from start to finish! Chris stopped in to measure and match color. Was told about 3-4 weeks for my install. Chris called me about 2 weeks later to give me my install date. Showed up on that date and within the hours I was told. Color matches our existing French Doors perfectly and screen doors function as expected. Very happy! Price was very competitive to other companies I reached out too. Will be using them again for my front door and won't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks!

Chris is very professional. He was prompt in scheduling the install and had the courtesy to phone on the day of to provide a precise time of arrival. The installation was quick and the product is excellent. The retractable screen in no way detracts from the look of our door when it is not in use and provides us with the extra ventilation and light we want when we choose to use it. I would highly recommend both the product and this company.

We are loving our Mirage retractable screens. They are easy to open and close and look very attractive as the black frame matches our door frame. Just bought my phantom door a week ago and love it. My dog had crashed through it twice and the mesh rolled right back in the grooves with no damage. The clean lines with no hardware showing makes it extra special.

Chris from Ottawa Screen Systems did a great job installing our new Mirage retractable screen on our front entrance. When he arrived to do the install, we ran into a problem of not having a proper straight edge to hang the door on. Chris was awesome and give us a few days to get it all fixed before he returned to attempt install again, in order to have the best experience with the door and retractable portion of the screen/cassette. We are grateful for his attention to detail - had he proceeded with install on the door the way it was, the screen operation would not have been smooth. We are very happy with the screen, it exceeded all of our expectations! Chris was great to deal with, and all our neighbours are now interested. Thanks again Chris!

We love our new retractable screen. We got it installed couple of weeks ago. Now we can leave our front door and patio door open with screens pulled out and enjoy the circulation of fresh air through our house. It’s a worthy investment. The installation company does a great job their crew is very pleasant and gets the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this product.
