The service Technicians at HeatEx are exceptionally skilled and knowledgable!Several years ago we contacted them for a furnace repair and not only did they repair the furnace, they identified and fixed a number of dangerous issues with our gas piping (we have an older home).After last summer’s heat dome we needed a new HVAC system and they were the obvious choice. And once again they’ve provided us with incredible service.They took the time to educate us how to care for our furnace and HVAC with vent management, airflow and filter replacement. Simple, clear and effective.They remain my first - and only - choice!

I know Tony and Alex for the past 11 years. They had installed a new furnace and a hot water tank in my previous home. In my current home they helped draw a gas line for new gas stove , installed a new AC and furnace. Both men are very polite, professional and reliable. Their work is of good quality with reasonable charges.Tony is very responsive and understands the problems of his clients. My old furnace stopped working and called Heatex to come take a look at the problem. The technician came exactly when he said he would come. ( nice to not have to wait around all day for them to show up) and he gave me a couple options to save money, wich shows they are there to help the customer and not just take your money.In the end we decided to go with replacing the old furnace with a new one, the heatex team brought in a new furnace and just like that we had heat and don't have to listen to that noisy old furnace anymore. I would recommend Heatex to anyone. They were very professional and honest and took time to explain everything to us.

Excellent service, Professional, Punctual, High Quality work, Responsible - Highly recommended.We called other company first, they showed up late, spent 5 minutes diagnoses and then only interested in collecting $200 for their diagnostic fee without actually repairing anything, then they never came back or called back for the actual repair. So we called Heat Ex, Tony was excellent at his work explain over the phone then came to properly diagnose the problem, repaired our failed gas furnace, then payment was last. Tony gave very accurate diagnostic, how much the cost was, then repaired the failed control board and pressure switch and got our furnace going again. Very happy with whole experience. We will be using the company again.
